We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Business Support Coordinator to join our team at The Retail Partnership Ltd.

About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity for a seasoned Executive Administrator Assistant to provide high-level administrative support to our Director. As a key member of our office team, you will be responsible for managing the Director's diary, coordinating meetings and appointments, and ensuring seamless communication with internal and external stakeholders.

Main Responsibilities
  • Administrative Support: Provide daily administrative assistance to the Director, including managing diaries, organising meetings, and preparing correspondence.
  • Communication: Serve as the primary point of contact for internal and external constituencies, handling phone calls, emails, and other communications on behalf of the Director.
  • Organisational Skills: Maintain accurate records, manage files, and ensure timely completion of tasks and projects.
  • Travel Arrangements: Coordinate travel plans, itineraries, and agendas for the Director, including booking flights, hotels, and arranging transportation.
Person Specification
  • Experience: Significant experience operating as a PA or executive assistant to a senior management team.
  • Skill: Excellent administration and organisational skills, with strong command of the English language.
  • Detail-Oriented: Ability to understand complex business functions and maintain accuracy in all aspects of work.
  • Communication: Effective communication skills, with ability to build relationships with colleagues at all levels.
