Key Responsibilities:

Oversee the overall performance of our boutique shops, encompassing sales, inventory, and customer service.

Develop and implement sales strategies to drive revenue and meet sales targets, ensuring a competitive edge in the market.

Train and mentor sales associates on product knowledge, customer service, and sales techniques, fostering a culture of excellence.

Monitor inventory levels and collaborate with suppliers to ensure timely restocking of products, minimizing stockouts and overstocking.

Create visually appealing displays and maintain the overall presentation of the boutique, enhancing the shopping experience.

Handle customer inquiries and complaints in a professional and timely manner, upholding our brand's reputation.

Collaborate with other departments to promote special events and promotions, driving sales and engagement.

Prepare and analyze sales reports to identify trends and make recommendations for improvement, informing data-driven decisions.

Manage staffing schedules and ensure adequate coverage for all shifts, ensuring seamless customer service.

Conduct performance evaluations and provide ongoing training and development for the boutique team, promoting growth and retention.

Adhere to company policies and procedures, as well as health and safety regulations, maintaining a safe and compliant work environment.

Qualifications:

Minimum of 3 years of experience in a retail management role, preferably in a luxury or boutique setting.

Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets, demonstrating sales acumen.

Strong leadership skills and the ability to motivate and develop a team, fostering a positive work culture.

Excellent communication and customer service skills, ensuring exceptional customer experiences.

Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time management abilities, prioritizing tasks and managing multiple responsibilities.

Proficient in Microsoft Office and experience with inventory management systems, leveraging technology to drive efficiency.

Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed, demonstrating adaptability and a willingness to go above and beyond.

Fluent in English, additional languages are a plus, enhancing our ability to serve a diverse customer base.
