Security Operations Manager

Fidelity Services Group is seeking a highly skilled Site Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in security supervision and be able to manage a team of security officers effectively.
About the Role:
The Site Manager will be responsible for ensuring that all site-specific security requirements are met, maintaining good relations with clients, and evaluating service levels provided. The role also involves constantly assessing client premises to minimize risk and creating barriers to potential criminals. Additionally, the Site Manager will be responsible for auditing access registers, generating exception reports, and submitting monthly reports to clients and management.
Key Responsibilities:
- Maintaining good relations between Fidelity Services Group and clients.
- Evaluating service levels provided and making recommendations for improvement.
- Ensuring continuous assessment of client premises and minimizing risk.
- Auditing access registers and generating exception reports.
- Ensuring security officers meet contractual requirements.
- Managing security staff and resolving queries promptly.
- Submitting monthly reports to clients and management.
Requirements:
To be successful in this role, you will need a Matric certificate and be Psira Grade A registered and accredited. You should also have at least 5 years' experience in security supervising shopping centre experience, be firearm trained, and have a clean criminal record. Previous staff supervising experience is essential, as well as computer literacy, strong planning, leadership, and organizational skills, and good interpersonal and communication skills.
