About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Quality Assurance Specialist to join our team at Staff Solutions Recruitment. As a Quality Assurance Specialist, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest standards of quality in our products and services.

Job Description
  • Analyzing Customer Complaints: You will analyze any customer complaints and develop reports to identify areas for improvement.
  • Investigating Quality Concerns: You will investigate internal and external quality concerns to ensure that our products and services meet the required standards.
  • Product Inspection and Testing: You will be involved in the inspection and testing of products and services where required.
  • Quality Training: You will provide training to quality members on inspection sheets, CF WI, and quality alerts.
  • Monthly Reporting: You will maintain monthly reports on internal (scrap rate), customer (SDS), and head office (QPR & Warranty status).
  • Customer KPIs: You will maintain customer KPIs regarding QPR, PPM, SSN, downtime, and warranty.
  • SPIS, SPPS, and LABEL Development: You will develop SPIS, SPPS, and LABEL for P&A (Service parts).
  • Liaising with Suppliers: You will liaise with external suppliers regarding calibration of test and measuring equipment and maintain a calibration register/schedule.
  • Stock Take Participation: You will actively participate in a monthly stock take.
  • Audit Report Issuance: You will issue audit reports to suppliers and follow up on any open items from the audit.
  • Project Quality Documentation: You will deliver project quality documentation as per milestones.
  • SPTT Involvement: You will be actively involved in SPTTs (Supplier Parts Tracking Team).
  • Health and Safety Representative: You will represent the company as a health and safety representative.
  • Supporting Supplier Quality Issues: You will support supplier quality issues and ensure the effective implementation of corresponding quality control measures.
  • Internal Process and Systems Audit: You will conduct internal process and systems audits and issue reports.
  • Risk Evaluation and Improvement: You will support SQT to identify and evaluate potential risks and problems of supplier quality, track and urge the completion of corresponding recertification/requalification (PPAP) and constant improvement as well as enhance the suppliers' product quality and process capability.
  • Parts and Process Approval Submission: You will support SQT to submit parts and process approval according to milestones and release it accurately to production at SOP.
  • Incoming Product Inspection Documents: You will support formulating incoming product inspection documents and conduct on-the-job training and assessment for inspection personnel.
  • Responding to Supplier Quality Problems: You will support SQT in responding quickly to supplier quality problems found in the purchase, site, and customer, take containment measures, and follow up to solve them (SCARS).
  • Product Evaluation and Process Audit: You will be responsible for product evaluation, developing steps, and process audits.
  • Work Ability Requirements: Your work ability shall meet the specific requirements of the customer.
  • Utilizing Quality Tools: You will utilize quality tools like APQP/PPAP/SPC/MSA/FMEA/Control Plan.
  • IATF16949 Familiarity: You will be familiar with IATF16949 quality system standard.
