Key Responsibilities
- Client Relationship Management:
Establish and maintain long-term relationships with our corporate clients, ensuring alignment with their HR and training needs.
Act as the primary point of contact for both existing and potential customers.
Represent CTU Career Chatz at trade exhibitions, corporate events, and seminars. - Sales & Business Development:
Promote and sell a range of corporate services including Short Courses, Bursaries, Learnerships, and Skills Development Solutions.
Respond promptly to incoming queries via email or phone, understanding client needs, and offering solutions that align with our offerings.
Conduct market research to stay updated with industry trends, competitor offerings, and potential opportunities. - Negotiation & Deal Closure:
Negotiate terms of agreement effectively, ensuring alignment with both client needs and CTU Career Chatz's objectives.
Overcome objections, using a consultative approach, to secure client commitment.
Achieve or exceed sales targets, continuously reviewing performance metrics and adapting strategies as needed. - Administrative Duties:
Accurately record sales, client interactions, and other relevant data in our CRM system.
Provide regular sales reports and feedback to the campus manager, sales director, and national sales manager.
Attend and actively participate in team meetings, sharing insights and best practices.
Requirements
- Essential: Grade 12 or equivalent qualification with a proven track record of 2-3 years in sales, preferably within a corporate training environment.
- Desirable: Diploma in Business or a related field.
