We are seeking a seasoned and dynamic Corporate Sales Consultant to join our CTU Corporate Training Unlimited team at the Gqeberha Campus. This role requires a blend of expertise in sales, relationship management, and an understanding of the HR landscape, catering to corporate clients' learning and development needs.

Duties & Responsibilities

  1. Client Relationship Management:
    Build and nurture long-term relationships with our corporate clients, ensuring alignment with their HR and training needs.
    Serve as the primary point of contact for both existing and potential customers.
    Attend trade exhibitions, corporate events, and seminars representing CTU.
  2. Promote and sell a suite of CTU's corporate services including, but not limited to, Short Courses, Bursaries, Learnerships, and Skills Development Solutions.
    Respond promptly to incoming queries via email or phone, understanding client needs, and offering solutions that align with our offerings.
    Conduct market research to stay updated with industry trends, competitor offerings, and potential opportunities.
    Present services to potential clients in a structured, coherent, and professional manner.
  3. Negotiation & Deal Closure:
    Negotiate terms of agreement effectively, ensuring alignment with both client needs and CTU's objectives.
    Overcome objections, using a consultative approach, to secure client commitment.
    Achieve or exceed sales targets, continuously reviewing performance metrics and adapting strategies as needed.
  4. Administrative Duties:
    Accurately record sales, client interactions, and other relevant data in our CRM system.
    Provide regular sales reports and feedback to the campus manager, sales director, and national sales manager.
    Attend and actively participate in team meetings, sharing insights, and best practices.

Experience & Qualifications Required

  • Essential: Grade 12 or equivalent qualification with a proven track record of 2-3 years in sales, preferably within a corporate training or similar environment (Education Sector).
  • Desirable: Diploma in Business or a related field.
