Requirements
  • Matric with a strong foundation in Maths and Science.
  • Qualified Millwright with at least 3 years of relevant experience.
  • Proficiency in Computerised Maintenance Management (CMMS) systems.
  • Experience in using Condition Based Monitoring to prevent breakdowns.
  • Knowledge of Reliability Centred Maintenance principles.
  • Proven experience as a maintenance millwright.
  • Trade qualification in millwrighting or a related field.
  • Strong mechanical and electrical skills.
  • Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and schematics.
  • Experience in a manufacturing or industrial environment.
  • Effective problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
  • Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills.
  • Ability to work independently and take initiative.
