Mukuru is looking for a Technical Support Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our support team, you will be responsible for monitoring systems health, resolving technical queries, and working with diverse stakeholders across various departments and domains.

The ideal candidate for this role must have a strong understanding of IT service management (ITSM) business processes and tools, as well as demonstratable experience in Systems Health Monitoring with tools similar to Grafana, Sysaid, Nagios, SolarWinds. You should also have a BSc Computer Science Degree, IT Diploma, MCSE, Comptia Certification or similar, and at least 2-4 years' experience as an Application/Software Support Engineer.

Responsibilities will include adhering to standard operating procedures, proactive monitoring of systems health, and professional engagement with business stakeholders. You will also collaborate with the 2nd line support team to drive speedy resolution of all escalated support queries and proactively identify and raise repeat system issues.
