Key Responsibilities
  • Monitor, evaluate, and report on social media platform content and engagement.
  • Manage feedback via social media platforms, allocate to internal departments, ensure feedback to clients, and maintain utmost professionalism.
  • Provide copy for social media posts.
  • Conceptualize video content, assist with recording, sourcing talent and venues, setup, and coordinating the shoot.
  • Develop content ideas for websites and social media.
  • Conceptualize and develop event ideas, assist with branding, setup at venues, and provide overall support.
  • Assist with copywriting for blog posts as needed, ensuring high-quality content that meets company language policies.
Requirements
  • A minimum of 3 years' experience in promotion, branding, and administration.
  • Grade 12 with Mathematics or Maths Literacy (Mathematics symbol E or higher, Maths Literacy symbol C or higher).
  • Diploma in Business Administration or Marketing.
