Avoiding Disadvantages:An accomplished Motor Vehicle Sales Professional will be responsible for promoting new vehicles, negotiating sales, and ensuring that customers receive top-notch service. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and problem-solving skills, as well as the ability to work under pressure.
Duties & Responsibilities:The successful candidate will be expected to:
- Meet or exceed monthly sales targets.
- Bid on sales leads generated from online advertising and other sources.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing customers.
- Develop a deep understanding of the motor industry, including market trends, competitor activity, and new product releases.
- Collaborate with colleagues to share knowledge, best practices, and innovative ideas.
- Knowledge of the automotive industry, including vehicles, technology, and market trends.
- Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple tasks and deadlines.
- Strong negotiation and conflict resolution skills.
- Willingness to learn and adapt to changing circumstances.
- A minimum of 3 years of experience as a Vehicle Sales Executive in a new vehicle sales department.
- Premium brand experience and a strong knowledge of the motor industry.
- Code 8 driver's license and good eyesight.
