Customer Service Representative Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Customer Service Representative to join our team at MindMatch Consulting in Cape Town, Woodstock.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide exceptional customer service to clients via phone, email, and other communication channels.
  • Resolve customer complaints and concerns in a timely and professional manner.
  • Handle customer inquiries and provide accurate information about products and services.
  • Work collaboratively with internal teams to resolve customer issues and improve overall customer experience.
  • Meet or exceed performance metrics and targets.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 1 year of call centre experience, BP is advantageous.
  • Market-related salary.
