Graphic Designer

We are seeking a highly skilled Graphic Designer to join our team at Carlysle Human Capital. As a key member of our creative team, you will be responsible for designing and delivering high-quality visual content that aligns with our clients' corporate identities and messaging.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Design and Deliver: Create eye-catching graphics for digital and print media that effectively communicate our clients' messages.
  • Content Creation: Develop compelling copy that resonates with target audiences and amplifies our clients' corporate messages.
  • Research and Development: Conduct research to produce top-tier content on various topics, ensuring relevance and creativity.
  • Social Media Management: Manage social media accounts across multiple platforms, driving engagement and growth.
  • Client Collaboration: Work closely with clients to understand their vision and bring it to life through innovative designs and engaging social media strategies.
  • Corporate Identity Alignment: Ensure alignment with clients' Corporate Identity (CI) standards and deliver messaging that enhances their brand presence.
Requirements:
  • Experience: Proven experience in graphic design, corporate messaging, and working with large corporates.
  • Portfolio: A strong portfolio showcasing CI branding work and messaging for corporate clients.
  • Design Software: Proficiency in design software (e.g. Adobe Creative Suite, Canva).
  • Social Media Expertise: Expertise in social media management and content creation for platforms such as Instagram, LinkedIn, and Facebook.
  • Research and Writing: Strong research skills and the ability to write clear, engaging copy that captures the essence of corporate communication.
  • Availability: Ability to work remotely, with occasional in-person client visits.
  • Passion: A passion for creativity, problem-solving, and achieving customer-driven results.
