Job Description

Eosol Group, a leading provider of renewable energy solutions, is seeking a highly skilled QA QC Supervisor to oversee the quality of our solar plant projects in South Africa. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring that our projects meet the highest standards of quality, safety, and compliance.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement quality management systems and QA QC plans to ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations.
  • Conduct regular inspections and audits to ensure adherence to specifications and standards, and collaborate with project teams to resolve quality-related issues.
  • Establish and oversee QC procedures for materials, processes, and finished products, and monitor the performance of subcontractors and suppliers.
  • Maintain comprehensive documentation of quality control activities, including inspection reports, non-conformance reports, and corrective actions taken.
  • Prepare regular quality reports for project management and stakeholders, and provide training and guidance to project personnel on QA QC procedures and best practices.
  • Liaise with regulatory bodies, clients, and other stakeholders to ensure compliance with quality standards and address any quality-related concerns.
Qualifications
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field is preferred.
  • Experience: A minimum of 3 years of experience in QA QC supervision, specifically in solar plant projects or related energy infrastructure projects, with a proven track record of managing quality assurance processes and implementing effective quality control measures.
  • Certifications: Relevant certifications in quality management (e.g., ISO 9001) and safety management (e.g., ISO) are highly regarded.
  • Technical Skills: Strong understanding of quality assurance methodologies and tools, as well as knowledge of international standards and regulations applicable to solar energy projects.
  • Soft Skills: Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work collaboratively in a diverse team environment, and strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
