Conference Services SupervisorWe're looking for a results-orientated leader who can drive success in this role. As a Conferencing & Events Floor Supervisor, you'll be responsible for supervising assigned shifts, including late shifts, and ensuring venues are set up correctly and events run smoothly. You'll need to maintain standards, meet or exceed financial goals, and provide trendsetting and innovative ideas for our guests.
This role involves leading a team, encouraging teamwork and personal accountability, and promoting staff engagement and retention. You'll need to effectively delegate responsibilities to meet event requirements, support and supervise the team during events, and foster a collaborative environment.
You'll require a Matric Certificate with a relevant tertiary qualification from a recognized institution and a minimum of 2 years' experience in a similar role in a busy environment.
