Your Role:

The successful candidate will be responsible for lecturing on Management-specific programs, marking assessments, and providing feedback to students. You will also assist in lecturer development and support processes, conduct peer reviews, and facilitate workshops and one-on-one consultations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lecture on Management specific programs (must lecture on an IIE qualification) across various modes of delivery where relevant.
  • Marking of assessments and feedback to students in subjects lectured. May be required to internally moderate assessments scripts that fall within their subject fields, where necessary across IIE sites of delivery.

Qualifications:

  • Masters degree or currently in the process of completing a master's degree in Business Management or related discipline - MBA, MBL, Master in Strategic Management etc).
  • If currently studying towards a Masters, an Honours qualification in a Business Management related discipline is required.

Requirements:

  • Minimum of 5 years Teaching and Learning experience (preferably in teaching environment)
