  • Compliance & Deal Execution: Ensure deals meet internal compliance standards and ASA guidelines before they go live.
  • Team Leadership & Management: Lead a team of three direct reports: two Deal Executives and one Stock Controller.
  • Performance Monitoring & Reporting: Analyze sales data, identify trends, and create reports to drive business decisions.
