About the Role

As a Senior Mechanical Engineer, you will be working on a variety of projects that require strong technical expertise and collaboration with cross-functional teams. Your primary focus will be on ensuring the integrity and performance of mechanical systems throughout the development process.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design and analyze 3D models and 2D drawings using CAD software (Siemens NX)
  • Collaborate with other engineers to ensure design integrity and compliance with industry standards
  • Understand integration of mechanical, electrical, and software systems within the powerplant
  • Assist in the development of system tests and support troubleshooting and resolution of system integration issues
  • Manage data acquisition system for engine facility and flight platform
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Mechatronics Engineering, or related field
  • Minimum 2-3 years of industry experience in aerospace or automotive industry
  • Experience with power plants, thermodynamics, or propulsion systems advantageous
  • Proficiency in CAD software, particularly Siemens NX
  • Strong understanding of mechanical design principles and testing techniques
  • Experience with data analysis and programming skills (e.g., Python, MATLAB)
  • Knowledge of manufacturing processes and tolerances
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills
Salary Range

The estimated salary for this role is between $120,000 and $160,000 per year, depending on experience.
