About the Role:

This is an exciting opportunity to join the Western Cape Government team as a Chief Architect and contribute your skills and expertise to the development of health infrastructure. As a member of our team, you will play a crucial role in shaping the future of our province's infrastructure.

The key responsibilities of this role include:

  1. Conceptualising and developing architectural plans and designs;
  2. Performing final reviews and approvals on architectural designs;
  3. Coordinating design efforts across disciplines;
  4. Maintaining operational effectiveness;
  5. Setting standards and specifications according to organisational objectives;

The ideal candidate will possess a B-Degree in Architecture or a related field, a minimum of 6 years of experience in a similar role, and a valid driver's license. They will also need to be registered with SACAP as a Professional Architect.
