  • Supplier Scorecard Management: Develop and maintain supplier scorecards to ensure compliance with organizational requirements.
  • Procurement Process Management: Manage and coordinate the procurement process, including ordering, receiving, and invoicing.
  • Purchase Order Preparation: Prepare and review purchase orders to ensure accuracy and completeness.
  • Cost Reduction and Efficiency Improvement: Analyze market and delivery systems to develop and recommend strategies for cost reduction and efficiency improvement.
Minimum Requirements:
  • National Diploma in Supply Chain Management or related field
  • At least 3-5 years of experience in procurement and/or purchasing
  • In-depth knowledge of procurement and sourcing
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and related business software
