As a National Key Accounts Manager at RareCruit, you will be responsible for managing and analyzing our national customer base. This involves analyzing price decreases and suspended business on the national customer base.
You will build professional relationships with Regional Executives, General Managers, and Sales Consultants to ensure seamless communication and collaboration. Your primary goal is to achieve set objectives, goals, and targets while handling all sales-related tickets efficiently.
The ideal candidate should have a minimum of 5 years proven Sales/Management experience in the direct selling industry. A Diploma or qualification in Sales Management is advantageous but not mandatory.
Your responsibilities will include communicating annual price increases, building professional relationships with existing national accounts, visiting the national customer base at least once per month, ensuring all installations are fully completed, and updating national accounts administration procedures on B.I.
You will also complete weekly call sheets, update price lists, handle and resolve all queries from the national customer base, plan monthly and weekly activities, liaise with customers via telephone, re-signing and upgrading customers, working towards annual incentives, quoting and closing off sales, and completing all sales administration paperwork accurately.
