Millwright Specialist

Limpopo Personnel is seeking a skilled Millwright Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our maintenance team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our plant by performing routine preventative maintenance, diagnosing and correcting mechanical and electrical faults, and guiding and training junior team members.

• Breakdown Response: Respond promptly to breakdowns in the plant, minimizing downtime and ensuring continuity of operations.
• Maintenance and Repair: Perform routine preventative maintenance tasks, including machine inspections and panel wiring, to prevent equipment failures and extend the lifespan of our assets.
• Fault Diagnosis and Correction: Diagnose and correct mechanical and electrical faults, using your expertise to identify and resolve issues efficiently.
• Training and Development: Guide and train junior team members, sharing your knowledge and expertise to ensure the continued growth and development of our maintenance team.
• Reporting and Documentation: Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, including report writing and documentation of completed tasks.
• Machine Installations and Inspections: Assist with the installation and inspection of new equipment, ensuring that all machinery is properly installed and functioning as intended.
• Health and Safety: Adhere to all health and safety standards, ensuring a safe working environment for yourself and your colleagues.
