About the Role: We are seeking a seasoned professional to fill the position of Senior Portfolio Manager Credit Risk. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing a designated portfolio of clients across multiple products.
The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in credit risk management, with a minimum of 5 years' experience in a similar role within a banking environment. They will possess excellent analytical and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Portfolio Management: You will be responsible for managing a designated portfolio of clients, ensuring that all facilities are reviewed annually and decisions are made based on the credit risk policy guideline and credit norms.
- Financial Analysis: The successful candidate will analyze and assess individual and juristic financial statements, developing client exit or rehabilitation strategies as needed.
- Default Management: You will manage default accounts timeously, obtaining acceptable repayment arrangements or handover portfolios to legal collections as necessary.
- Policy Compliance: You will ensure that policies and procedures are followed, reviewing recommended submissions from other parties and ensuring adherence to bank policies and industry regulations.
