Key Responsibilities
- Independently oversee the comprehensive administration of deceased estates in compliance with the Administration of Estates Act.
- Handle escalations effectively.
- Employ analytical thinking and leverage legal expertise to navigate complexities in estate administration.
- Possess a solid understanding of business entities, estate duty, capital gains, and income tax as they pertain to deceased estates.
- Exhibit strong drafting and communication skills.
- Demonstrate knowledge of risk and compliance aspects within the fiduciary sector.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Holds a legal or deceased estates qualification (preferably LLB, CFP, or Estates Diploma).
- Brings a minimum of 5 years' experience in managing complex deceased estates or high-net-worth clients within a fiduciary context.
