Learning & Development Coordinator

As a Learning & Development Administrator at TTEC, you will play a pivotal role in bringing humanity to business. This onsite position in Cape Town, South Africa, offers a unique opportunity to work with an award-winning team and make a significant impact on employee development.
Key Responsibilities- Provide SDF administration and coordination support, aligning with established processes such as learnerships, skills programmes, bursaries, and BBBEE initiatives.
- Ensure accurate data capture and reporting of training records, progress updates on bursary/learnership candidates, and maintenance of invoices and payments.
- Collate input data for monthly SKILLS BBBEE status reporting and track disability stats from the system.
- Administer BEE Skills Scorecard (training records, learner records, etc.) and learnership, skills programmes, bursaries, and all other L&D related project administration.
- Work with HC to ensure all supporting documentation for disability is complete and pull monthly stats for the EE forum.
- Member of Training Committee, arrange meetings, and minute taking, gathering data and preparing information required for internal and external audits.
- Evaluate and ensure accurate capture of SETA requirements, with an agreed percentage of the data sets quality checked on a monthly basis.
- Update Master Tracker on a monthly basis and upload data to MICT SETA and other SETAs depending on projects.
- Load and register learners timeously on relevant SETA LMIS system and collate, capture, and submit annual WSP / ATR.
- Monitor DG rebates, administer all learner documentation for learnerships and bursaries, and manage IT180 forms and submission to Internal Finance / tax team.
- Support Senior Learning and Development manager and collaborate with Ops and Employee Engagement team to identify training needs.
- Develop training needs analysis post-training feedback, correlated, and integrated back into training and ops to correct future classes and ensure ops can manage perceived gaps.
- Grade 12 qualification.
- Prior experience in a similar role.
- Knowledge and understanding of the SETA Landscape and BEE regulations (SD, SAQA, SETAs, Learnerships, and basic knowledge of the QCTO).
- Excellent Computer Skills Microsoft Office.
- Good communication skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
