About This Role

We are seeking a skilled and adaptable Administrative Coordinator to join our team at Unique Personnel Ltd. As a key member of our administrative team, you will provide critical support to our operations, ensuring seamless execution of daily tasks and projects.

Key Responsibilities
  • Field Incoming Calls: Respond promptly to incoming calls on the company main line, addressing customer inquiries and directing them to the relevant personnel.
  • Liaise with Service Providers: Develop and maintain strong relationships with various service providers, including IT departments, suppliers, and landlords, to ensure efficient operations and minimal downtime.
  • Manage Office Supplies: Monitor and maintain optimal levels of office supplies, ordering as needed to prevent stockouts and minimize waste.
  • Support New Business Development: Provide administrative support to new business development initiatives, including liaison with group marketing departments, local PR, and internal reporting.
Requirements
  • Strong Communication Skills: Possess excellent written and verbal communication skills in English, with the ability to craft compelling reports and presentations.
  • Highly Organized: Demonstrate exceptional organizational abilities, managing multiple priorities and deadlines while maintaining attention to detail.
  • MS Office Suite Expertise: Proficiently utilize MS Office suite products to create engaging content, manage databases, and perform data analysis.
