  • As the custodian of the Brands & Consumer future SAP S4 solution from an IM perspective, you will be responsible for ensuring the solution aligns with global requirements in the SAP area of PP.
  • You will support the business by providing input on parameter standardization, data standardization, extraction, cleansing, design decisions where SAP knowledge is required.
  • Ensure alignment of the BCM template solution with the Global template requirements in the PP solution areas.
  • Represent Brands and Consumer markets in various SAP PP related activities such as quality, content, solution input or deliverable review, testing, change and training input, and data input.
  • Document Business As Usual (BAU) PP SAP requirements and own the process of approval, solution creation, quote, execution, and service introduction as aligned with the project governance processes.
  • Assist with BAU PP support where necessary.
  • Support the business and facilitate the alignment of the Brands & Consumer Markets PP template across business stakeholders.
  • Deliver PP IM activities on the S/4 project on behalf of BCM, including SAP config reviews, test script review, RICEFW reviews, training content reviews, etc.
  • Co-ordinate with other process teams for integration with the PP space.
  • Comply with De Beers Quality standards, processes, and project methodology.

Requirements

At least 6 years of experience in SAP PP and preferably S4 experience.

  • Experience across multiple country solutions on a single instance of SAP.
  • Large global SAP programme experience as a SAP PP consultant.
  • Ability to translate IT centric SAP solutions and an IT orientated approach into business terms.
  • Knowledge of SAP PP processes including Demand, SOP, PP planning, PP orders, MPR, PP mater data, PP MM integration, Batch management, integration to sales, track & trace, and PP reporting.
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to work remotely across cultures and geographies.
