We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated individual to fill the position of Peer Group Trainer. The successful candidate will be responsible for facilitating peer education, dialogues, and recreational services in safe spaces and communities.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Foster partnerships with community stakeholders to promote the AYP Program.
  2. Develop and implement strategies to increase program enrollment and retention rates.
  3. Conduct risk assessments, provide HIV tests, and refer beneficiaries for required services.
  4. Maintain accurate records of program activities and outcomes.
  5. Collaborate with the Out of School Manager to achieve program goals and objectives.

Qualifications:
