Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Maintenance Superintendent to lead our Grading and Maintenance operations at Hoaeane Consulting.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage and coordinate maintenance activities to ensure efficient and safe operations
  • Develop and implement maintenance strategies to minimize downtime and optimize production
  • Lead a team of maintenance personnel to ensure effective execution of maintenance tasks
  • Collaborate with operations teams to identify and prioritize maintenance needs
  • Ensure compliance with safety, health, and environmental regulations
  • Develop and manage budgets for maintenance activities
  • Implement and maintain effective record-keeping systems
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field
  • 10+ years of experience in maintenance management, preferably in a mining environment
  • Proven track record of leading high-performing maintenance teams
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to analyze complex problems and develop effective solutions
