We are seeking a seasoned IT Governance Specialist to play a key role in our Enterprise Architecture function. This position supports the Strategy & Architecture team in ensuring that IT projects and solutions align with our organization's strategic objectives.

The successful candidate will be responsible for managing EA tools and repositories, facilitating governance processes, and enhancing communication between technology and business stakeholders.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • EA Repository Management: Maintain and update the EA repository, ensuring architecture artifacts, documentation, and models are current and accessible.
  • Tool Management: Administer and maintain EA modeling tools, ensuring they remain up-to-date and accessible.
  • Coordination and Communication: Organize and coordinate EA team meetings, workshops, and review sessions.
  • Documentation and Reporting: Assist in the creation and maintenance of EA documentation, guidelines, and standards.
  • Governance Support: Support the operation of EA governance forums such as the Design Authority and Architecture Forum.
  • Stakeholder Engagement: Work closely with project teams, IT departments, and business units to gather input and feedback on EA initiatives.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Experience with enterprise architecture modeling tools and repositories.
  • Previous experience in an Enterprise Architecture function, preferably in governance or an analytical role.
  • Strong organizational and coordination skills.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
