Key Responsibilities
- Develop strong relationships with prospective customers and provide them with expert guidance on our ever-changing car inventory
- Stay up-to-date on our current stock levels and use this knowledge to make informed recommendations to customers
- Collaborate with the F&I team to facilitate deals that meet customer needs and maximize dealership returns
- Utilize negotiation skills to secure sales and drive revenue growth

Requirements
- Previous experience in car sales or a related field (minimum Grade 12 qualification)
- Proven track record of success in sales, with a focus on building rapport with customers and meeting targets
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment
- Reliable transportation, including a valid driver's license
