**Job Summary:** We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Inventory and Supply Chain Coordinator to join our team. Key Responsibilities:
  • Inventory Planning and Management:
    • Develop and implement inventory management strategies to minimize stock levels and optimize inventory turnover.
    • Manage the inventory system, including receiving, storing, and shipping inventory.
    • Conduct regular inventory audits to ensure accuracy and compliance with company policies.
  • Supplier Management:
    • Develop and maintain relationships with suppliers to ensure timely and cost-effective delivery of goods and services.
    • Source new suppliers and negotiate contracts to ensure competitive pricing and quality.
    • Monitor supplier performance and take corrective action as necessary.
  • Master Data Management:
    • Manage and maintain accurate and up-to-date master data, including purchase prices, item cards, and BOMs.
    • Ensure that master data is compliant with company policies and procedures.
  • Sales and Customer Service:
    • Provide excellent customer service to internal and external customers, including responding to inquiries and resolving issues.
    • Work closely with the sales team to ensure that customer requirements are met and that deliveries are made on time.
  • Reporting and Analysis:
    • Prepare and analyze reports to track inventory levels, supplier performance, and other key metrics.
    • Provide insights and recommendations to management to improve inventory management and supply chain processes.
Requirements:
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Experience: Minimum 3 years of experience in inventory management and supply chain coordination.
  • Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
