Job Description
We are looking for a highly experienced Civils/Construction Contract Leader to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in contract management, with experience in managing commercial and contract matters.

The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing policies, procedures, and guidelines in line with latest MFMA, PFMA, and company Supply Chain Management policies. They will also manage procurement processes for all CAPEX contracts and develop the annual operations plan and budget for incorporation into the CAPEX departmental budget.

This role requires a high level of expertise in construction and contract law, as well as knowledge of NEC/JBCC/FIDIC/GCC contracts. The ability to administer the CAPEX Contracts Management Dashboard and manage contractors and project implementation KPI's and KPA is also essential.

Key Responsibilities
* Develop and implement control systems and processes necessary for the Contracts Management Unit success.
* Administer the CAPEX Contracts Management Dashboard.
* Manage contractors and project implementation KPI's and KPA.
* Be responsible for CAPEX/OPERATIONS Procurement Documents from review of procurement documents to Bid advert to Tender Award.
