Construction Tradesperson

We require a skilled Civil Handyman to join our team at Broll Property Group Pty Ltd. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of health and safety regulations in the workplace and the ability to read and interpret technical drawings and plans.

Responsibilities:

• Perform general building repairs and maintenance, including masonry, plastering, painting, waterproofing, and tiling.
• Repair and maintain concrete structures, floors, walls, and roofs.
• Conduct paving and minor road maintenance work.
• Install and repair doors, windows, ceilings, and partitions.
• Assist in carpentry, plumbing, and other minor building-related work as required.

Requirements:

• Trade Certificate in Civil/Building Construction, Masonry, or a related field.
• Minimum 3-5 years of experience in civil maintenance, construction, or a related field.
• Proficiency in the use of hand and power tools relevant to civil works.
• Good understanding of health and safety regulations in the workplace.
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and plans.
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently or as part of a team.
• Physically fit and capable of performing manual labour.
• Valid driver's license (advantageous but not mandatory).
