  • You will enhance the compliance culture by maintaining a thorough understanding of relevant regulatory requirements and global best practices.

Requirements:

  • 5+ years' experience in a compliance role.
  • Strong business knowledge and previous experience in managing a team (minimum 2 years).
  • Experience in respect of the practical application of relevant laws and regulations is essential.
  • Understanding of legal issues and the ability to interpret legislation in respect of the Commercial/Business Banking environment.
  • Exposure to monitoring principles and practices.

What You Will Bring:

  • A proven track record in implementing effective compliance risk management processes.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Estimate Salary: R1,200,000 - R1,500,000 per annum.

Location: Western Cape, South Africa.
