Bodyshop Manager

We're seeking a skilled Bodyshop Manager to join our team at Activate Group Limited. As a key member of our team, you'll be responsible for leading our bodyshop operations and ensuring the highest standards of quality and customer satisfaction.

• Plan and manage resources and equipment to meet business objectives.
• Establish and maintain control of consistent workflow within the bodyshop.
• Adhere to operational workshop loading systems and ensure all targets and deadlines are met.
• Manage daily production coordination and review site KPI performance regularly.
• Lead customer complaint management and implement actions to improve customer satisfaction.
• Promote good communication and develop a proactive attitude throughout the team.
• Conduct regular performance reviews and identify training needs.
• Lead recruitment activities and promote employee engagement and retention.
• Ensure adherence to all Health and Safety regulations and monitor audit performance.

• Technical knowledge and experience of the Accident Repair and Bodyshop industry.
• Previous experience in a management position with the ability to lead and coach the team.
• Strong numeracy and literacy skills, with excellent communication skills.
• Knowledge and understanding of BSI Standards and accreditation.
