Job Description:

Talent Evolution is seeking a skilled Boilermaker Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in boiler installation, maintenance, and repair.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Install boilers in facilities, ensuring adherence to safety protocols and industry standards.
  • Read and interpret blueprints to determine boiler location, position, and dimensions.
  • Complete maintenance documentation, including recording equipment performance and issues.
  • Organize and assemble boiler parts, ensuring accurate installation and alignment.
  • Fabricate and shape parts as needed to meet specific requirements.
  • Clean and inspect pressure vessel equipment to ensure proper functioning.
  • Conduct regular inspections to identify potential issues and prevent equipment failure.

Requirements:

  • Matric certification
  • Trade test qualification
  • At least three years of experience in boiler installation and maintenance
  • Apprentice training in relevant areas
  • Good mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent reading comprehension and attention to detail
  • Physical stamina to perform demanding tasks
