About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced Quality Assurance Manager to join our team at Lotus Recruitment. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest standards of quality and safety in our manufacturing operations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement quality management systems to ensure compliance with industry regulations and standards.
  • Conduct regular audits to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.
  • Collaborate with production teams to ensure effective implementation of quality control measures.
  • Manage and maintain accurate records of quality control activities and results.
  • Develop and implement training programs for staff to ensure they have the necessary skills to meet quality standards.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry developments and best practices in quality management.

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of experience in quality assurance and control, preferably in a manufacturing environment.
  • Strong knowledge of quality management systems, including ISO 9001 and HACCP.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other relevant software.
