We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced individual to join our Aftercare team as an Aftercare Supervisor. This role involves overseeing the daily activities of our after-school program, ensuring the safety and well-being of our students, and supporting the development of our staff members.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the daily operations of the after-school program
  • Maintain a safe and healthy environment for students
  • Develop and implement engaging activities for students
  • Liaise with parents and guardians
  • Monitor student attendance and behavior
  • Coordinate with other departments to ensure seamless operations

About You

To be successful in this role, you should possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, be able to work independently and as part of a team, and have a passion for working with children.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • ECD Certificate / Currently studying towards Bachelor's degree in Education or Post Graduate Certificate in Education (PGCE) - Advantageous
  • Must be proficient in speaking, reading and writing in English
  • Experience working with children aged 0-12 years
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends
