Key Responsibilities
- Office Management
- Manage all forms of correspondence (emails, letters, phone calls)
- Maintain accurate company records and files
- Assist with recruitment, onboarding, and employee record management
- Ensure accurate and timely payroll processing
- Manage client communications, ensuring high levels of satisfaction
- Oversee billing, invoicing, and timely client payments
- Record and manage financial transactions (invoicing, expenses, payments)
- Reconcile bank statements and company accounts
- Maintain thorough documentation for audits and tax purposes
Requirements and Qualifications
Minimum 5 years of experience in accounting and administrative management roles. Strong leadership, time management, and problem-solving skills are required, along with excellent interpersonal, written, and verbal communication abilities. Proficiency in MS Office applications and accounting software like QuickBooks & SAGE is also necessary.
