About the Role

We are seeking a highly analytical and detail-oriented Senior Planner to join our Supply Chain team in SA and SSA. As a key member of our team, you will play a pivotal role in optimizing our supply chain to meet the dynamic demands of our customers and consumers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the sales forecasting process, ensuring accuracy and transparency to drive efficient supply planning.
  • Collaborate closely with Sales, Marketing, and the broader Supply Chain team to guarantee product availability while optimizing costs and service levels.
  • Manage E&O, maintaining healthy stock levels by proposing and implementing action plans to clear Excess and Obsolete stock.
  • Develop the Division's Supply Plan based on validated sales forecasts, co-packing plans, and stock and supply/procurement parameters.
  • Define stock and supply parameters to achieve service rate, cost, and global targeted stock objectives.
  • Manage the replenishment process, evaluating shortage risks and communicating priorities to the MSL.
  • Monitor and communicate Key Performance Indicators (out-of-stock, service rate, stock) internally and to the MSL.
