Job Overview:
As an Executive Operations Director at a prestigious 5-star establishment, you will have the opportunity to lead operations and drive excellence in guest service. You will be responsible for developing and implementing operational strategies, managing budgets, and leading multidisciplinary teams to deliver exceptional results.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Oversee and coordinate all operational departments, including housekeeping, food and beverage, maintenance, and front office.
  • Ensure that all lodge activities are executed to 5-star standards, delivering excellence in every aspect of guest service.
  • Develop and implement operational strategies to enhance efficiency and ensure seamless day-to-day operations.
  • Monitor and manage budgets, including cost controls and resource allocation.
  • Lead and mentor departmental managers and teams to foster a culture of professionalism and high performance.
  • Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental standards.
  • Liaise with suppliers and service providers to ensure the highest quality standards are maintained.


Requirements:
  • A relevant qualification in hospitality management, business administration, or a related field.
  • A minimum of 3-5 years of operations management experience in a luxury or 5-star establishment.
  • Proven leadership skills with the ability to manage and motivate multidisciplinary teams effectively.
  • Strong financial and budget management expertise.
  • Exceptional communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Attention to detail and a proactive approach to managing challenges.
