Financial Advisors: Partially Vested, Vested, Senior and Career Advisors positions available

Roles Available:- Senior / Career Advisor: Experienced professionals with 10+ years in the industry are sought after to lead our team and provide expert guidance to clients.
- Junior / Vested Adviser: Vested advisors with 5 to 6 years of experience are needed to support our senior team members and provide exceptional service to clients.
- Junior / Partially Vested Adviser: Junior vested advisors with 2 to 4 years of experience are required to assist our team and learn from experienced professionals.
Our financial planners and advisors will be responsible for:
- Source and meet potential clients to analyze their financial needs.
- Design personalized strategies and recommend solutions to help clients meet their financial objectives.
- Conduct risk analysis and respond to clients' changing needs and circumstances.
- Provide expert financial advice, retirement planning, estate planning, and tax planning.
- Offer investment opportunities across a broad spectrum of regulated products.
- Monitor financial market trends to ensure effective planning and identify necessary updates.
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- Relevant tertiary qualifications and financial planning certifications.
- 2+ years of industry experience in sales, finance, financial planning, or wealth management.
- Customer-centric mindset with strong communication and sales skills.
- Fluent in English and Afrikaans.
- Entrepreneurial mindset with exceptional interpersonal skills.
- Established network of clients and ability to prospect for new business.
- Up to R2.4m in non-lapsable vesting Bonuses over 2-years.
- Unearth Capital from your existing client base through basic production and referrals.
- Referral commission with ZERO effort – this is fixed – not potential.
- 100% - 115% commission.

- 30% ongoing on short-term, medical aid, gap cover, and employee benefits referrals.
- 50% on all independent life business (long-term insurance).
- 30% once-off on personal tax submissions.
