Your role will involve handling client inquiries, scheduling appointments, maintaining accurate records, and collaborating with veterinary teams to optimize operational efficiency and improve client satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Client Interaction Management: Facilitate effective communication between pet owners and veterinary professionals, ensuring prompt and professional issue resolution.
  • Appointment Scheduling: Schedule appointments, manage schedules, and ensure timely reminders and cancellations are handled efficiently.
  • Record-Keeping: Maintain accurate records, tracking client interactions, visits, and follow-up actions to ensure seamless care delivery.
  • Operational Support: Collaborate with veterinary teams to streamline day-to-day operations, optimize workflow efficiency, and enhance client experiences.
