Job Description
Our client is seeking an experienced HR Generalist to join their team in Johannesburg. As an HR Generalist, you will be responsible for various tasks including talent management, compensation and benefits, payroll, compliance, and worker safety.
Key Responsibilities:
- Talent management: This includes employee onboarding, training, and development. Our ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills and be able to build strong relationships with employees.
- Compensation and benefits: You will design and implement compensation and benefits packages that attract and retain top talent.
- Payroll: You will manage the payroll process, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
- Compliance: You will ensure that all employment-related laws and regulations are followed.
- Worker safety: You will develop and implement strategies to maintain a safe working environment.
Requirements:
- 5 Years experience in a similar role
- Proficiency in Sage 300
The estimated salary for this position is R600,000 - R800,000 per annum.
