Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee the installation of complex UC systems, ensuring seamless integration and optimal performance.

• Lead a team of installation experts, providing guidance and support to ensure successful project delivery.

• Develop and implement comprehensive project plans, including timelines, budgets, and resource allocation.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and effective communication.

• Conduct site assessments to identify and mitigate potential risks and challenges.

• Implement and maintain health and safety protocols, ensuring a safe working environment for all team members.

• Develop and maintain technical knowledge and skills to stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices.

• Foster a culture of continuous improvement, encouraging team members to share ideas and suggestions for process enhancements.

• Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including clients, vendors, and internal teams.

• Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.

• Provide coaching and mentoring to team members to enhance their skills and performance.

• Participate in business development activities, including identifying new business opportunities and developing proposals.

• Collaborate with the sales team to develop and execute sales strategies and tactics.

• Develop and maintain a deep understanding of the company's products and services, including features, benefits, and competitive positioning.

• Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitor activity, and market developments.

• Develop and maintain a network of industry contacts and relationships.

• Participate in industry events, conferences, and trade shows to stay informed and network with peers.

• Develop and maintain a comprehensive understanding of the company's products and services, including features, benefits, and competitive positioning.

• Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitor activity, and market developments.

• Develop and maintain a network of industry contacts and relationships.

• Participate in industry events, conferences, and trade shows to stay informed and network with peers.

Key Requirements:

• Matric Essential

• A minimum of 4 years installation experience

• Must have valid Driver's license

The incumbent must demonstrate the following skills:
