**Job Summary:**
Regional Sales Agent OpportunityWe are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Regional Sales Agent to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving sales growth and expansion within our region.
Main Responsibilities:
- DEVELOP AND EXECUTE EFFECTIVE SALES STRATEGIES TO ACHIEVE SET TARGETS AND EXPAND OUR PRESENCE WITHIN THE REGION.
- CONDUCT THOROUGH MARKET RESEARCH AND ANALYSIS TO IDENTIFY OPPORTUNITIES FOR GROWTH, ASSESS COMPETITIVE THREATS, AND UNDERSTAND CUSTOMER NEEDS AND PREFERENCES.
- FOSTER STRONG RELATIONSHIPS WITH KEY STAKEHOLDERS, CUSTOMERS, AND PARTNERS WITHIN THE REGION, ENSURING HIGH LEVELS OF CUSTOMER SATISFACTION AND LOYALTY.
- MONITOR SALES PERFORMANCE METRICS, ANALYSE SALES DATA, AND PROVIDE REGULAR SALES FORECASTS AND REPORTS TO SENIOR MANAGEMENT, OFFERING INSIGHTS AND RECOMMENDATIONS FOR IMPROVEMENT.
- WORK CLOSELY WITH CROSS-FUNCTIONAL TEAMS TO ENSURE ALIGNMENT OF SALES EFFORTS WITH OVERALL COMPANY STRATEGIES AND OBJECTIVES.
- ENSURE COMPLIANCE WITH COMPANY POLICIES AND PROCEDURES, ETHICAL STANDARDS, AND RELEVANT REGULATIONS AND LAWS GOVERNING SALES ACTIVITIES WITHIN THE REGION.
- MANAGE CUSTOMER COMPLAINTS, CREDITS, AND QUERIES EFFECTIVELY.
- COLLABORATE WITH COLLEAGUES TO COLLECT AMOUNTS DUE FROM CUSTOMERS WHEN NECESSARY.
Requirements:
- PROVEN TRACK RECORD OF SUCCESS IN SALES, WITH AT LEAST 5-7 YEARS OF EXPERIENCE IN A SIMILAR ROLE.
- EXPERIENCE IN MANAGING KEY CUSTOMER ACCOUNTS AND DEVELOPING LONG-TERM RELATIONSHIPS WITH CLIENTS AND PARTNERS.
- ABLE TO WORK WITHIN A HIGH-PERFORMANCE CULTURE ORGANISATION.
- EXCELLENT ANALYTICAL AND STRATEGIC PLANNING ABILITIES, WITH A DATA-DRIVEN APPROACH TO DECISION MAKING.
Prefereable Qualifications:
- TERTIARY QUALIFICATION IN SALES AND MARKETING OR A SIMILAR TRADE.
