**Job Summary:**

Regional Sales Agent Opportunity

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Regional Sales Agent to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving sales growth and expansion within our region.

Main Responsibilities:

  1. DEVELOP AND EXECUTE EFFECTIVE SALES STRATEGIES TO ACHIEVE SET TARGETS AND EXPAND OUR PRESENCE WITHIN THE REGION.
  2. CONDUCT THOROUGH MARKET RESEARCH AND ANALYSIS TO IDENTIFY OPPORTUNITIES FOR GROWTH, ASSESS COMPETITIVE THREATS, AND UNDERSTAND CUSTOMER NEEDS AND PREFERENCES.
  3. FOSTER STRONG RELATIONSHIPS WITH KEY STAKEHOLDERS, CUSTOMERS, AND PARTNERS WITHIN THE REGION, ENSURING HIGH LEVELS OF CUSTOMER SATISFACTION AND LOYALTY.
  4. MONITOR SALES PERFORMANCE METRICS, ANALYSE SALES DATA, AND PROVIDE REGULAR SALES FORECASTS AND REPORTS TO SENIOR MANAGEMENT, OFFERING INSIGHTS AND RECOMMENDATIONS FOR IMPROVEMENT.
  5. WORK CLOSELY WITH CROSS-FUNCTIONAL TEAMS TO ENSURE ALIGNMENT OF SALES EFFORTS WITH OVERALL COMPANY STRATEGIES AND OBJECTIVES.
  6. ENSURE COMPLIANCE WITH COMPANY POLICIES AND PROCEDURES, ETHICAL STANDARDS, AND RELEVANT REGULATIONS AND LAWS GOVERNING SALES ACTIVITIES WITHIN THE REGION.
  7. MANAGE CUSTOMER COMPLAINTS, CREDITS, AND QUERIES EFFECTIVELY.
  8. COLLABORATE WITH COLLEAGUES TO COLLECT AMOUNTS DUE FROM CUSTOMERS WHEN NECESSARY.

Requirements:

  • PROVEN TRACK RECORD OF SUCCESS IN SALES, WITH AT LEAST 5-7 YEARS OF EXPERIENCE IN A SIMILAR ROLE.
  • EXPERIENCE IN MANAGING KEY CUSTOMER ACCOUNTS AND DEVELOPING LONG-TERM RELATIONSHIPS WITH CLIENTS AND PARTNERS.
  • ABLE TO WORK WITHIN A HIGH-PERFORMANCE CULTURE ORGANISATION.
  • EXCELLENT ANALYTICAL AND STRATEGIC PLANNING ABILITIES, WITH A DATA-DRIVEN APPROACH TO DECISION MAKING.

Prefereable Qualifications:

  • TERTIARY QUALIFICATION IN SALES AND MARKETING OR A SIMILAR TRADE.
