Job Description:

  • Provide strategic leadership to multiple campaigns across our BPO operation, ensuring seamless service delivery and exceptional customer experiences.
  • Develop and implement strategies to drive sales growth, improve service levels, and enhance operational efficiency.
  • Lead a dynamic team of supervisors and agents, fostering a culture of innovation, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for process enhancements and optimize business outcomes.
  • Analyze data to inform decision-making, identify trends, and develop solutions to drive business growth.
  • Maintain a strong focus on customer satisfaction, ensuring all queries and complaints are resolved promptly and professionally.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies to ensure CallForce remains at the forefront of the BPO sector.

Requirements:

  • Degree: Matric
  • Experience: Minimum 3-5 years in contact centre operations management
  • BPO background: Strong advantage
  • Proven track record of meeting and exceeding deliverables
