We are a customer-focused organization seeking a skilled Field Sales Representative to drive sales growth and deliver exceptional customer experiences.



Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain a deep understanding of our products and services, enabling you to provide expert advice and guidance to customers.
  • Conduct engaging sales presentations and product demonstrations, showcasing the value of our offerings and addressing customer concerns.
  • Proactively identify and pursue new business opportunities, leveraging your network and industry knowledge to drive sales growth.
  • Maintain excellent relationships with current and potential clients, delivering tailored solutions that meet their unique needs and exceed expectations.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to share best practices, drive overall team success, and contribute to a positive, inclusive work environment.
  • Provide regular reports on sales activities and progress to the sales manager, ensuring transparency and accountability throughout the sales process.


Requirements

  • A high school diploma or equivalent; a Bachelor's degree in Business or a related field is preferred.
  • Proven experience in a sales role, preferably in a field sales or B2B environment, with a strong track record of sales performance.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients and colleagues.
  • Strong negotiation and persuasive abilities, with a talent for articulating the value of our products and services.
  • Self-motivated and target-driven, with a results-oriented mindset and a passion for achieving excellence in sales performance.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with flexibility to travel within the assigned territory as needed.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software, with a willingness to learn and adapt to new tools and technologies.
