Pronto Labour Team is seeking a skilled Internal Sales Representative to join our team. As an Internal Sales Representative, you will be responsible for sourcing products from our database, including costs and selling prices. You will also be required to correctly interpret customer requests and requirements, present prices, discounts, credit, and terms as per our company specifics, and facilitate the process of an order by preparing a sales order. Additionally, you will be responsible for monitoring scheduled shipments to ensure timeous delivery and facilitating the return of goods as per our company policies. A clean criminal and credit record is a must.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Sourcing products from our database
  • Correctly interpreting customer requests and requirements
  • Presenting prices, discounts, credit, and terms as per our company specifics
  • Facilitating the process of an order by preparing a sales order
  • Monitoring scheduled shipments to ensure timeous delivery
  • Facilitating the return of goods as per our company policies

Requirements:
  • Minimum 2 years' Hydraulic Industry experience (an advantage)
  • Technical/Engineering Industry experience
  • Matric
  • Well-spoken
  • Must be computer literate
