  • Maintain a clean and organized dining area, including setting and clearing tables
  • Respond to guest inquiries and requests promptly and professionally, providing exceptional customer service at all times
  • Follow all safety and sanitation procedures to ensure a safe and hygienic dining experience for guests
  • Work closely with other team members to ensure a smooth and efficient operation

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you must have:

  • Fluent German language skills (written and spoken)
  • Previous experience in a similar role, preferably in a cruise ship or hospitality setting
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills
  • The ability to work well in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
  • A strong attention to detail and ability to multitask
  • The ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
  • Pass a background check and obtain necessary certifications for working on a cruise ship
